We sold our 30-acre industrial property in Pinellas Park, Florida, for $21 million to Albany Road Real Estate Partners. We preserved 10 acres of the site to continue our tree debris recycling operations in the Clearwater area.
The property, one of the last of its size in the area, presents great potential for future industrial development in our state.

Our team is attending the Governor’s Hurricane Conference in West Palm Beach this year. The GHC is the nation’s largest and best-attended conference of this nature. The focus of the conference is hurricane planning, preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation. It’s never too early for us to start preparing for the next storm season! Gaton’s Tree Debris Recycling efforts to recycle tree debris from around Florida after Hurricane Irma was highlighted by Tampa Bay’s local FOX station on November 3rd. We are proud to be a Florida-grown company and help our fellow Floridians clean up after the storm!

Gaton’s Tree Debris Recycling helped to remove tree debris from neighborhoods in Jacksonville Beach after Hurricane Matthew. We removed 19 loads of debris from one street alone! First Coast News talked to our project manager about our storm debris clean-up efforts.

Gainesville Biomass project signs fuel supply agreement with local wood waste recycler
The Gainesville Renewable Energy Center (GREC) signed a long-term biomass supply contract last week with Gaston’s Tree Debris Recycling, a local wood waste recycler, to supply almost half of the biomass fuel needed for its proposed 100-megawatt biomass plant. All of the fuel supplied by Gaston’s Tree Debris Recycling will come from clean, urban wood waste, which includes biomass materials such as tree trimmings from right-of-way clearings as well as clean, woody debris from land clearing contractors and tree surgeons.
