With the goal of better serving our customers, maintaining the safety of our employees, and offering the best price possible we have created this form to streamline the tree debris pickup process.

We ask that you complete this form as honestly and accurately as possible to better assist our dispatch team. Once completed, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a service.

Select all that apply. Please understand that we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee if a truck has to refuse a load.

The load is stacked near a curbside, paved road, hard-packed road, or hardpan surface?

GTDR does not have to drive onto a front or back yard, across a sidewalk, on or over a drive way? If so, we may not be able to access the load, or will require a Waiver of Damages signed before entry.

There aren’t any overhead power lines or low hanging tree limbs obscuring access to the load?

The material is clean tree debris, free from trash or C&D (construction and demolition) materials?

The material is not more than two piles. The first two piles at the same location are included in the cost of the load. Subsequent stops and setups will cost $25 per move.

The material is not all solid logs. This may change the load count, due to increased weight.

The material does not contain dirty wood, root balls, stumps, sod, palm tree trunks, or palmetto roots? If it does, we can only pick up 25 yards of debris but will still charge full load price.
