Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
- Works with Corporate Staff to ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative functions.
- Timely obtain required permits, licenses, and corporate renewals when due such as DEP recycling permits, business licenses, and annual corporate renewals to the State of Florida. Keeps a copy posted.
- Provides VP with daily reports as requested.
- Heads up Special Projects as requested.
- Payable entry on some accounts. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
- Reconciliation of multiple credit cards.
- Knowledge of how to complete expense reports is a plus.
- Works with vendors such as insurance agents, CPAs, bankers, attorneys, and suppliers in a productive manner as requested.
- May be required to run errands such as bank deposits, dropping off forms or data to banks/insurance offices, or dropping/picking up financial data forms.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by VP or other Executive Staff.
- Maintains registration and insurance for the entire fleet.

Mobile Road Technician/Mechanic
Gainesville, FL
Must have a clean background and be able to pass a drug screen. High School diploma or equivalent GED required. We are looking for a Diesel Road Technician Mechanic who can diagnose and repair simple or complex mechanical equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks for our company’s equipment and vehicles. The ideal applicant would be able to repair and replace damaged or worn parts, operate and inspect machines or heavy equipment in order to diagnose defects, and dismantle or reassemble heavy equipment using necessary tools.
While performing the duties of this job, you will frequently work in all types of outside weather conditions, possibly being exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, and/or heavy dust. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Description:
- Ability to travel daily to and from required yards for needed repairs.
- Troubleshoots, repairs, and rebuilds major components on various pieces of heavy equipment including but not limited to, heavy-duty truck and semi-tractors, grinders, excavators, skidders, bulldozers, etc.

- Performs routine maintenance checks and adjustments on such things as fluid levels, hoses, belts, brakes, tires, and clutches; changes filters and oil, and lubricates vehicles and motor-driven equipment.
- Maintains service logs and records of maintenance on vehicles and heavy equipment
- Skill in operating tools equipment, parts, and procedures utilized during the repair and servicing of vehicles and equipment
- Skill in repair of special purpose equipment, ability to effectively communicate needed repairs or tasks
- Keeps tools, equipment, and work area clean, organized, and in good working condition.

Heavy Haul Transport Driver (CDL)

The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of CDL driving experience, specifically relating to heavy haul transportation, and will be willing to be cross-trained as needed.
